Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon. 17 May 2015
I would like to thank all parents and children for taking part in the SMH Half Marathon which assists in our school fundraising. Given the early start on a Sunday morning there was an excellent turn out of enthusiastic volunteers for the preparation of the starting drink station to assist the runners.
We all had an enjoyable early morning activity that resulted in the runners having a successful start to the race. I would like to let you know that the total of money raised for our efforts is $1,225.
Once again I congratulate our volunteers for their participation in another successful event.
